2020 POSTINGS

 

Large single-specialty surgery practice is seeking a highly skilled Practice Executive for its rapidly growing practice. We serve Northeast Georgia with six board-certified surgeons and eight non-physician providers.

Responsibilities:


Our Practice Executive is responsible for carrying out the strategic vision of the Board of Directors and executing their vision with policies, workflows, and vendor/insurance agreements. Additionally, the Practice Executive has the ultimate responsibility of successfully overseeing the daily operations of all locations, including accounting, revenue cycle, profit and loss management, and ensures that the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently.

The Practice Executive also works to maintain healthy relationships among the surgeons, staff, and patients that are conducive to a positive and safe environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with the physician partners and implement policies and processes to benefit the strategic growth of the practice.

Additionally, the Practice Executive oversees all personnel recruiting, training, evaluations, scheduling, and administering promotional/disciplinary action toward all employees. Oversees the orientation and training of all new clinic employees and maintain ongoing in-service training programs for existing personnel. Conducts regular staff meetings with office managers and leads the agenda for all Board of Directors meetings.

Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Tracking and evaluating practice performance utilizing industry benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of all financial, operating, and other reports as directed.

Ensuring the practice meets all mandates (compliance, OSHA, HRS, medical waste, etc.,)


Minimum Qualifications:


Ten (10) or more years of medical practice management preferred.

Expert knowledge of revenue cycle management.

Bachelor’s degree required with a preference for Business or Health Administration.

Strong leadership qualities and excellent supervisory skills. Ability to build relationships, rapport, and trust with Physicians. 

Computer (Microsoft Office) skills required with an intermediate-to-expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.


Compensation commensurate with experience with lucrative performance bonus opportunity.
